We continually strive to improve our service to our customers and as such are proud to be affiliated with the quality control schemes listed on this page.   Whilst we value our Independent status, our membership to these national organisations grants us access to levels of technical expertise, training and purchasing power thats allows us to compete on equal terms with most franchised garages.  Extending our customer service we also make follow up calls to a small percentage of customers 72 hours after they have collected their vehicles.  By analysing these calls and their returned satisfaction cards, we can ensure all repairs and service meet the consistently high levels we provide ourselves on.

Member garages work to a Trading Standards Institute approved Consumer Code of Practice.  This commitment to customer care gives you peace of mind in knowing that you are going to be given not only the best technical service, but also the best customer service.  The BCS Consumer Code of Practice is a set of promises to the consumer which reassures them about the quality of the workmanship and high levels of customer service and trustworthiness that they can expect from the network.

Using the Good Garage Scheme run by Forte, you'll find local Independent garages you can trust to complete your service competently.  Be assured that we perform services to a strict code of conduct and will always have your best interests at heart.  Customer feedbacks play a pivotal role in the operation of the Good Garage Scheme, highlighting areas of best practice and areas for improvement identified by motorists using member garages for work.  A five-star rating system is produced for each member garage based on the Good Garage Scheme feedback forms, to help customers find the best workshop in their area.  Our current rating is that 99.7% of customers would recommend us which is something we are very proud of.
